At Yerba Madre, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our traditional yerba mate blends. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the unopened yerba mate products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement blend within 3-5 business days.
