Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of tea or yerba mate.
